Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, and we will gladly process a full refund.

After the 12-hour window has passed, your order will likely have entered the fulfillment or shipping process and can no longer be canceled or modified — except for the shipping address.

We can still update your shipping address before your order ships, so please contact us as soon as possible if an address change is needed.
