1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip)

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at team@primepadel.shop and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipments must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at team@primepadel.shop and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement or a refund, subject to availability.


6. Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products sold by Prime Padel Shop may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our 30-day return policy.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided directly by the brand and are subject to the specific terms and conditions established by the manufacturer. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product and brand.

If you believe your item qualifies for a manufacturer warranty claim, please contact us at team@primepadel.shop and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We will assist in directing you to the appropriate warranty process or coordinating with the manufacturer when applicable.

Manufacturer warranties do not extend, replace, or modify our 30-day return policy. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility requirements as returns. Return shipping costs apply unless the exchange is due to our error.


9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds under this provision will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.


10. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within a limited time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
