Thank you for shopping with Prime Padel Shop. We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund and return policy to help make things right.


📅 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging (including manuals, tags, and accessories)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or packing slip)


🚚 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email team@primepadel.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: If eligible, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely with all original components.

  4. Label Clearly: Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

💳 Refund Process

  • We’ll inspect your return and email you with the outcome.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened products (unless defective)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards or items marked "final sale"


❗ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Upon Delivery: Refuse the package if damage is visible and notify us immediately.

  • After Delivery: Contact us within 24 hours at team@primepadel.shop and include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

    • Brief description of the issue

We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and either a replacement or full refund — your choice (based on availability).


🔁 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility rules as returns.

To request an exchange:

  • Email team@primepadel.shop with your order number and item details.

  • Follow the return steps above for the original product.

  • Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll ship your replacement item at no additional shipping cost.

Note: You’re responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.


⏳ Cancellation Option

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund — as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. This is only available before the item ships.
