This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United States. By purchasing from Prime Padel Shop, you agree to the terms and procedures outlined below.


📦 Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95 flat rate for all U.S. orders

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (automatically applied at checkout)

  • Additional Fees: Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees (calculated at checkout)


⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day, unless canceled within the 12-hour window (see our Cancellation Policy)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM Central Time (CST)

    • Orders placed before this time are processed the same business day

    • Orders after this time are processed the next business day

Shipping Transit Times:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • FedEx: 2–5 business days (varies by service)

  • UPS: 2–5 business days (varies by service)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 business days (1 day processing + 2–5 days transit)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

🏠 Change of Shipping Address

  • Before Shipment: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a change. After this window, we’ll still try to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

  • After Shipment: We cannot change the address after the order has shipped. You may need to work with the carrier to redirect the package.
