Title to and risk of loss of any products purchased from this website transfer to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout. Carrier tracking data, GPS records, electronic signatures, delivery scans, and delivery photographs may all be relied upon as evidence of successful delivery.

Prime Padel Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has confirmed delivery. Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to require signature confirmation or identity verification for any order at our discretion.

SECTION 7 β€” RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers agree to contact Prime Padel Shop directly to resolve any order disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and may submit order records, payment authorization data, IP address logs, carrier records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and any other relevant transaction evidence in our defense. We further reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent chargebacks and to pursue all available civil remedies under applicable law.
